Question: in a short fictional changed-payment-request rehearsal, which verification, approval or escalation questions remain unanswered?
Participation and collection
Invite independent agency teams through willing educational hosts. Participation must be voluntary and separately agreed before collection. Do not scrape agencies, inspect live accounts, send simulated phishing or request client records. The public kit can be used without joining any research.
For a future agreed study, collect only a session code, collection date, broad team-size band, the count of questions with a documented owner/contact, and optional feedback with names and identifying details removed. Do not collect bank information, credentials, exact security configurations, client names or identifiable staff performance.
Use the same exercise.
- Read the kit’s fictional changed-instructions request.
- Ask the same five questions: request, trusted verification route, approval, record and escalation.
- Record whether an answer was found during discussion, remained unknown, or was not applicable with an explanation.
- Separate facilitator judgment from an observed action. Discussion is not technical control testing.
- Let the participating organization review what would be included before publication.
Publish the denominator.
State the recruitment route, dates, participating session count, nonresponses and exclusions. Publish aggregate counts only where consent and group size support privacy. Suppress small identifying breakdowns. Explain selection bias and changes to the method. Never turn a small voluntary sample into “X% of all insurance agencies.”

This page is the proposed protocol, not an enrollment form, invitation already accepted, customer case study or completed benchmark. Collection and publication arrangements must be settled before recruiting. Use the free exercise without participating.
